Q. Do you provide bookkeeping services?

A. We do provide bookkeeping services. The bookkeeping we provide is called "Outsourced Bookkeeping." Through the use of remote access, we input information you provide to us directly into your QuickBooks file. The amount of the monthly fee is based on the scope and depth of the financial reporting you need. 

Q. How much do you charge for consulting?

A. For software implementations, our professional fees vary depending on how much information you want to track in your accounting  or inventory management system, how many people at your company will use the software,  the accuracy of your  existing financial reports  and numerous other variables. We interview each prospective client before beginning work to determine our best faith estimate.

Q. Does Bookkeepers On Call compete with my existing CPA or tax preparer?

A. No. Our services are highly specialized and focus only on Bookkeeping and Software consulting. However, we  do coordinate with your CPA at your request. Since we do not compete with CPAs, many CPA firms refer work to us.
